convenient location air conditioning breakfast variety twin beds ant problem persistent pest
The location is really convenient as it's close to the subway. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. I also thought the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh choices.
Our double bed request was not met and we got two twins. (This was a bummer). There were also some ants on the desk. The staff did spray, but the problem persisted.

varied breakfast friendly staff great location
i found the breakfast to be quite varied with plenty of options. there were cereals, pastries, deli meats, cheeses, and fruits. i also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist (they gave good tips for getting around!). the location was perfect with a supermarket next door.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. the toilet seat seemed worn and a floor tile was cracked.

the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, offering quick access to various parts of the city, it is also near local businesses like a market across the street. this makes exploring the area very straightforward.

the breakfast buffet provides many choices, from cereals and pastries to deli meats and fruits (especially the fresh fruit salad). i noted the breakfast staff were flexible when guests arrived slightly late, and always replenished items. it was a great way to start the day.

the front desk staff were helpful with tips. they offered advice on navigating the city (which i definitely needed). the overall service was attentive and efficient .

The location proved very convenient. It was near tourist spots and the airport. The surroundings felt safe because of the lively atmosphere. I also appreciated the supermarket located downstairs. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots.
The soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms and the metro.
